so far it's been a great book, but as someone with a medical background I just can't help but wonder how that baby is a perfect blend of both of them. I maybe could believe that they would be able to transplant out working womb into a man, but they can't make that man produce eggs. All of the eggs being fertilized would still genetically belong to the woman whose womb it was. so technically Lucian would just be a surrogate. that baby wouldn't be genetically related to him in any way.
