I find it a little hard to believe how eager she is to move on and get sexual with another man when her last mate was beating her and abusing her so badly, and we don’t really get enough of his perspective to see his side of the story but he seems to be getting away with how he treated her after they had sex, pretty well. he’s not having to work to gain any kind of trust or attraction again so that’s off putting

I am enjoying this read so far! it really lingers on suspense and I love that factor. I just hate waiting for the next chapter and my ad unlocks. wish I could read it at once but that will keep me intrigued in the book hopefully
