I know it's fiction, but I need to point out that once the heart is removed from the body, YOU ARE DEAD. You don't wake from surgery and see a big hole in your chest. I highly recommend change the organ that was harvested. It's beyond the realm of logical. No heart, then she woke up, can see, move and talk. Come on!!!
