I really love the story, but I wish the writing style hadn't changed to wax-poetic so much since Elliot came in. it's like every other sentence is a metaphor or analogy. sometimes it's okay to just say what is happening. I flew through the first 50 chapters, but it's gotten harder to read past the seven sentences describing the way someone looks at something or someone

l just started reading the book and I'm very impressed with the mature structure of it. you wouldn't believe the FL is just about to be 18 years old, but her time in school is very current for a teenagers experience, no friends and being bullied even though she is a kick ass warrior.

Okay, I have to admit I avoided reading this book for the longest time. I am regretting it now! I am really enjoying this book, it has great character and the story line so far is really good. The further you get into this book the better the story line gets.
