Chapter 12 Bianca's Biggest Flaw

"Are you ready?"

"When you are." William replied, his hands folded behind his back with a subtle smile on his face.

A few meters away from him was Bianca who was standing with a solemn look on her face, a pair of gauntlets on her fists along with multiple pads of armor on her body and joints.

Without waiting for another sign or command Bianca leapt forward with fists clenched, multiple red lines lit up before her increasing her speed several times, within a single split second she appeared before William with fists geared for punch.

Bang!!

'It's still not working.' Bianca thought with teeth clenched tightly.

"Put in more effort, channel your energy." William said, his posture calm and relaxed as he held Bianca's fist in his hand without a hitch.

'How? Why can't I just seem to bypass his defences?' she thought, her mind racing towards different methods possible towards different possible ways to defeat the seemingly impenetrable wall before her.

"Don't you dare underestimate me!" Gathering the red strands of energy onto her palm to create claws gleaming with dark red energy she aimed for another attack, her knuckles and claws extended out for nearly half a metre long.

"That.. won't work." William said with a grin then raised his right hand, his index and thumb positioned against each other, locked onto Bianca whose eyes opened wide in trepidation.

'He's using it again.' A wave of force swept across her body, flinging her far away from her initial position with multiple slash marks on her despite the armor padding arranged on her body.

"Get up and fight, I expected more from you than this after you bragged so much back then. Tsk, such a disappointment." William said with a mocking grin.

Beyond the training grounds was a chamber on the upper right corner with fully padded black glasses, the exterior however was transparent therefore those in the chamber could see those on the training ground but Bianca was still unaware of them.

"Sire, how do you view her improvements?" Lucien asked with a flattering tone, his body posture and attitude were subservient to the man standing nearby. This strange man obviously held a huge position in the facility for even Lucien to behave in such a manner.

The man remained silent for a few seconds, his eyes constantly scanning the training ground below before responding "Disappointing." 

That single word seemed to crush Lucien's confidence, his mind turning its gears rapidly as he tried to search for what could possibly be the source of his disappointment or displeasure.

"Why do you think so? Could there be a mistake during the set and assigned processes?" 

"She's too weak, and her mindset! We can't utilize her properly with this sort of mindset, before getting strong the mind must develop before it same with everything else, to become rich the mind must develop in patterns that would aid it." He said with a frown then continued.

"She has no passion, absolutely none. Everything she's doing currently is to follow the set rules and quota for her, true development comes from the heart, she needs fixing. I don't want her current form." 

Lucien nodded repeatedly then wrote a few scribbles down on his note "Understood sire, I will work on that as soon as possible, 'her mental state and physical performances aren't up to par'." 

"I need results, as soon as possible Lucien, don't make me regret my Investments on this project."

"Get up! This isn't your limit Bianca, you can do more!" William said, his hands were stretched out conjuring random multiple blasts of air energy and pressure at Bianca which prevented her from getting close.

"You're not using your ability properly Bianca, stop searching for ways to win when it's right inside you." He said then took a step forward, his hand slightly lowered with fingers curled.

"Your current highest potential ranks as high as the transformation tier but you're still stuck in the sixth level of the fusion tier, think of what you would be able to do if you were just a single realm higher, if you could simulate your cells even more." William said, each word slow and measured but Bianca refused to listen for even a single second, still rushing forward blindly without any aim or target.

"Bianca, can you hear me?" He asked with a frown then snapped his fingers, creating a minor explosion that blew Bianca meters away.

"This training session is cancelled." He said then unfolded his arms and vanished from his position, reappearing before Bianca then pulled on her hair.

"Looks like you don't intend to change or listen to my words huh?" He said with a piercing gaze directed at her but she refused to flinch, her face was bleak and her movements felt dead and dull, rusted and weak.

Nathan raised her head, lifted her into the air then 

Bang!!!!!!

Crack!

The sound of skull splitting open rang across the training ground as Lucien nearly lost balance due to the fear and shock, he pulled on his watch then screamed out in anger.

"William, you brain dead mass of muscle don't you dare kill my subject of experimentation for over a decade! I swear if she dies you will be the next to follow you idiot!" 

Ignoring Lucien's yells William pulled on Bianca's hair and pulled her face out from the deep pit, her face had cracks and multiple gashes on them bleeding profusely but she still remained awake and adamant "Maybe you are the one that doesn't get this, do not treat her with kindness and she will take it for granted, she does not wish to listen therefore she needs a lesson and if you don't want to teach her I will. So obsessed and focused on not wanting to lose your test subject for over a decade that you ignore the fact she's dying away slowly and slipping from your control." 

"What is the meaning of this William, are you insinuating that I am incompetent and unable to make decisions in this facility??" Lucien asked with a frown.

"That's not what I mean and you know that fully well but if you want to take it that way then so be it but I refuse to accept the fact that someone with an highest rated ranking of the transformation tier will remain stuck in the fusion tier for over four damned years and you can withstand that, this is exactly what you call a waste of talent driven by a lack of purpose, and if you're not willing to give her one I'll help her get one." He said, his eyes slowly changing colors from their normal black to cloudy white, the gravity and air around the two compressed into insane levels to such a point multiple cracking sounds could be heard in the space around them.

"If you don't want to wake up I'll wake you up girl."
