JUNE. this book has a little more clarity in its summary than most of this author’s books. being forced to marry someone is simply not something anyone should have to do. While I’m this is not my type of read, I can see the appeal it could have for some readers.

JUNE This could be a book I could get lost in. The introduction is all over the place though. By other comments, the authors writing style is a turning point. I would suggest getting someone to edit the writing before posting. I think this book and others from this writer has promise, but someone doing an audit on the writing would really bring more people to read from this writer.

Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display.
