Chapter 6

　　"Naomi! the boss would like to see you now, his hands have been tied all day, but he seems to now have some spare time" Daniel said stepping into their shared office.

　　"Thank you Daniel.' I responded while getting up and dusting off invisible specs from my dress

　　'' I was wondering why he hasn't called for me yet" but wait . How did Mrs stone get me this job as a secretary and I didn't get interviewed? Daniel said the boss appreciates loyalty, so why didn't he check who was going to be his secretary before I was assigned to be one", i thought to myself

　　'He should be really careful, having a stepmom like Mrs stone could really put him in a lot of trouble', I thought to myself feeling bad for what she's about to do Mr Damon.

　　"Good morning, sir, I'm Naomi Steve and I was assigned to be your new secretary", I said entering his office.

　　OH it's that arrogant dude I saw yesterday evening while I was rushing to use the elevator, It's him. Maybe he was just in a bad mood, he didn't look bad at all. He's good looking and damn those eyes were sexy and he looks so good on cooperate.

　　I don't think I should be saying this but wow he's very good looking.

　　"You can stop staring now and this is why I never wanted females to work as my secretary and personal secretary, are you the lady with no sense of direction that ran into me yesterday?" Damon asked looking at my face with scorn on his face

　　"Sir, I didn't see you coming and I wasn't staring", I stammered trying to explain myself

　　"It's ok. I don't really want to hear it. I'm only working with you because my dad assigned you here, and please work with a sense of direction and don't run into people in my company. You can go, tell Daniel to show you what to do, I'll be leaving for a meeting and make sure you report to my office first thing tomorrow morning by 7am", Damon said and went back to what he was doing like no one was ever there.

　　"Was that really who I felt pity for and wanted to really save his ass? Well he just made it easier for me, how could he be so handsome and be so cold and mean?" I said leaving his office

　　I'm going to really do this and I don't even care what he's going to lose. He's at the losing end and I don't stand to lose anything so why not just do Mrs stone bidding's and teach that arrogant cutie a lesson. He doesn't get to look down on me because I don't have money and have to work under him, I'm really pissed off.

　　Okay, I'll seduce this asshat and eventually use this scandal to my benefit,' I resolved, more determined than ever to teach this pretty boy Damon a lesson…

　　Or wait! Better still.... I'll make him fall in love with me and make him want me on his own accord and then Mrs stone gets her scandal and I'll leave him with nothing, heartbroken at my mercy.' I pondered as I slowly paced back and forth the large working space in my office.

　　I am flared up now.

　　No one gets to make me feel less or insignificant,' now enraged 'I don't get why he felt the need to embarrass me like that,' still puzzled and trying to make it all make sense.

　　I was just simply looking at him…, well I admired him a bit, but he was obviously looking at me too, come on…he was the only person in the room of course I'm going to look at him, jeez' the hell

　　I really don't care anymore, screw this…I'm going to do it anyway, I have nothing to lose…,

　　Besides, I must get married to a rich man to be able to afford the comfortable life my mother always wanted for me.

　　I just have to act all nice and cute around him and soon enough, I'll have him wrapped around my pretty little pinky.' I paused with a sly smile now on my face.

　　The game is on, and he's in for a real treat, cause now I'll get to show him who the real boss is around here… when I'm done with him, he'll wish he'd never met me,' I walked over to my desk to take a seat smiling sinisterly 'I'll make him fall so hard and so bad that standing wouldn't even be option anymore'

　　"Good evening Mr. Damon, how was your meeting sir?" I started immediately I saw Mr. Damon walking out the company's complex.

　　"It went very well Miss Steve…, I don't remember asking to meet up here, so what are you doing here? …are you here to do some more explaining or do you want to submit your resignation letter?" He replies nonchalantly with an air of arrogance, clearly not in the mood to see me.

　　I chuckled lightly "Not at all sir I wouldn't want to leave without a fight now, aye… I'm sure so many people would jump at a chance to get the position I occupy in your prestigious company, I'd rather hold onto it a while longer" I countered snarkily "I just wanted to say hi properly since we started off on the wrong foot, you know…clear up any misunderstand….."

　　"There's a lot of work mapped out for you tomorrow, report to my office 7am sharp", he rudely cuts in on me, obviously uninterested in whatever I had to say to the… as he exits the building not even sparing me a second glance.

　　"Have a good night, sir!", i yelled after him as I watched him leave the building, I could swear that he was avoiding looking at my face…

　　I'm going to get you Mr. arrogant and you're gonna beg for me… I shook my head at how crazy I sound while smiling to myself.

　　I've always been a proficient actress and what better time to put my skills to the test than now.

　　I have innocent beautiful face and an amazing body, he's a man, all I need to do is flirt a little and be efficient in doing my job, which would make me indispensable and so enough he'll come crawling to clear things up.
