Chapter 3

　　"Naomi, come to my study now, we need to talk," Mrs Stone said coldly through the phone.

　　"Ok ma'am", I replied after failing to sleep and crying all through the night.

　　"I know you've not met my son or my stepson before and it's no secret that I'm not the legal wife of Mr Robert" Mrs stone said without any expressions on her face

　　"I was pushed to this small town in California, and I left my son to stay with his father so he could be a Robert and make his way to the top"

　　"I was able to seduce Mr Robert when his wife was pregnant and I also got pregnant and our children are just four months apart" Mrs stone finally said, smirking slyly and looking proud of her actions.

　　"Ma'am, since you succeeded in making your child a Robert, why do you still want to create a scandal?" I asked in confusion

　　"My son is not the CEO, and his father didn't even give him a spot in his company, he always treated my Jotham like a mistake he wished he never made and loved that bastard even more after I succeeded in …" Mrs stone made a stop in her words after realizing she was saying too much.

　　"After you what ma'am?" I asked immediately and looked at Mrs stone suspiciously

　　'Nothing'.

　　"I was sent here after his wife died and now, I want my son to be the CEO of Zino's cooperation and the only way that's going to happen is if that bastard boy gets demoted" Mrs stone said angrily

　　"It's nothing a scandalous buzz can't fix" Mrs stone mumbles to herself maniacally while chuckling sinisterly under her breath

　　"And that's where you come in" Mrs Stone suddenly exclaimed as she returned her focus to Naomi.

　　"And how's that going to work when your stepson is not even here?" I asked with a dash of hope in my voice, as I somehow wished that madam stones plan would flop.

　　"Don't be too fast dear, I've prepared for you to go to New York and prepared a job for you as his secretary. Now my efforts in your schooling are finally paying off" Mrs Stone said with an air of satisfaction in her demeanor.

　　"Ok ma'am" I muttered feeling trampled

　　"You will be leaving in a week's time. I'll arrange everything for you, where you are to stay and what to do and all you need to do is seduce him and make him sleep with you and then you will frame him with rape, but be very careful and make sure you don't come off as suspicious" Mrs stone stated.

　　"Ok ma'am, can I go now?" I said, feeling defeated, trying so hard to keep myself together as I finally accept my irreversible fate

　　"You may go now; I'll send you a document on all you should know about my stepson" She said as she arrantly retires from her study.

　　A week later

　　'I just need to settle down today and forget all about Mrs Stone and her stupid plan. I'm out of that town and when I'm done with this ridiculous plan, I'll live a quiet life here or find somewhere else to go' I thought to myself, trying to give myself hope that I'll have a life after this… I still couldn't wrap my head around the fact that I agreed to this absurd scheme… it's not like i had a choice to begin with though.

　　'I still haven't mustered up the guts to open these documents; I don't want to create a scandal against someone that is innocent….'

　　'Gam!'

　　"Ouch my head" I yelp in shock and pain from the impact

　　"I'm sorry I wasn't looking; I didn't mean to run into you" I quickly apologized as I managed to gather my thoughts together …

　　I looked up at the person whose chest I slammed into, just to be met with the most stunning pair of orbs I've ever seen.

　　"You should pay more attention to where you're going and if you can't walk without bumping into people or wanting to feel their chests please stay at home" the man replied in a passive aggressive tone as he scanned her features before leaving her in a daze.

　　"Well I said I'm sorry, I didn't see you coming and I was only rushing to get to the elevator before it goes shut" I spew now being riled up …in a futile attempt to explain myself to no avail, as the young man had already walked away not even giving me a chance or even glancing back once

　　'He was actually very handsome, and he's chest, oh! that chest! was so broad and so nicened…' Naomi thought dreamily herself, before getting a grip of her train of thoughts realizing, she shouldn't be giving compliments to such an aggressive dude

　　'…but what's with that aggressive and annoying attitude anyway?' I scoffed, puzzled in thought, before brushing the whole accident away all together.
