Chapter 2

　　I had to walk a little faster and if the person still followed me, I'd run back to Mrs. Stone house because she was closer and the convenient store was still far from this lonely road.

　　Why did the person keep following me? And I could have sworn I smelt the stench of alcohol. I'd better run before I become a victim of rape. I promised my mom I was going to keep myself for the man I eventually got married to. She had lost her virginity to her high school lover, and he left her to travel abroad and school further, leaving her to cater for a child at a young age and so she couldn't go to college, and she luckily saw Mrs Stone who took her in to work as her maid.

　　I started running as fast as I could, but it was now clear and obvious that someone had been following me.

　　He chased after me but I quickly got to Mrs. Stone's mansion and luckily for me the gateman was locking up when I stopped him and requested to enter.

　　"Mr. Sam! Mr. Sam! please let me through! Somebody is chasing after me" I pleaded with the gateman while trying to catch my breath.

　　"OH Naomi, what are you doing outside by this time? Why didn't you go to your friends place to stay cause Mrs. stone asked me not to let anyone in after you left", Mr Sam said with a pitied look on his face as he tried explaining to me.

　　"Please can you tell her I'm outside and I need her help that someone is following me and I can't go anywhere without my phone and bag that's still in her house" Naomi pleaded with Mr Sam.

　　"Ok I'll put a call through to her now just hope she's not asleep but I can't see anyone behind you" Mr Sam muttered with a doubtful look on his face.

　　"You know I would never lie to you Mr Sam. I can feel him staring at me. I'm sure he's behind those trees, it's dark there so we can't see him. it's not safe for me if I go back there and he smells like alcohol"

　　"I don't have a good feeling about this Mr Sam, please let me in" I pleaded as I shook with fear.

　　"She's already on her way here but be very careful, I don't know what you guys spoke about, but she's been very angry since you left. I advise you to do what she tells you to do, so you don't get on her bad side" Mr Sam advised me as Mrs Stone walked slowly towards them.

　　"And why are you here Naomi? You are to bring what you owe me tomorrow morning" Mrs Stone said.

　　"Ma'am I left my phone and bag here and I think someone has been chasing after me and I don't have a good feeling about it" I tried explaining but she just raised an eyebrow at me.

　　"And what does that have to do with me? You can't enter my house until you have my money and you have till tomorrow morning to pay what you owe"

　　"Ma'am can I just stay inside your gates until dawn, and I'll go get your money" I pleaded with tears running down my cheeks.

　　"You can only enter my gates if you have my money complete with you or agree to do my bidding and don't waste my time. I have better things to do than to stand here listening to you cry" Mrs Stone said, not caring about my situation at all.

　　"But ma'am, you can't leave me here, it's not safe here" I begged while glancing behind me.

　　"Make your choice now, lose whatever you are trying to keep to a drunk stranger or seduce my stepson for six months and your debts will be cleared"

　　"But Mrs Stone ...."

　　"No but Naomi, make your choice now!" Mrs Stone said, turning her back to me as she headed back into her mansion. After much contemplation and cries, I let out a sigh as my shoulders dropped in defeat.

　　"Okay ma'am, I'll do as you say" I muttered with tears in my eyes and she immediately turned to me with a comically bright smile on her face.

　　"Now you can come in, and we will talk about it tomorrow morning. And you better learn to be obedient, being disobedient won't take you anywhere. How do you think your mom worked with me? She did everything she was asked to do" Mrs Stone said with a smirk on her face while I dreaded agreeing to her wish.
