I don’t want to see you ever again!” The mother-in-law was furious, her gaze at Wayne Sosie filled with hatred, as if she wanted to tear him to shreds.

“Mom, Wayne Sosie is still your son-in-law after all. You can’t treat him like that!” Diana Nora, who was standing nearby, couldn’t stand by and quickly spoke up in Wayne Sosie’s defense.

“Bullshit!” Upon hearing this, the mother-in-law was furious, like a barrel of fire that exploded instantly. Pointing at Wayne Sosie’s nose, she shouted, “How dare such a good-for-nothing even think of becoming my son-in-law? I refuse to have such a worthless son-in-law. Get lost! The farther you go, the better!”

Seeing that her mother grew angrier by the moment, Diana Nora quickly pulled on Wayne Sosie’s sleeve and led him into the room.

In the evening, after washing up, Diana Nora lay in bed while Wayne Sosie slept on the floor. The two of them stared at the ceiling in silence for a while, with no words exchanged.

Although Wayne Sosie and Diana Nora have been married for two years, they haven’t actually lived as a married couple. The two sleep in separate rooms.

“Wayne Sosie, I still have hundreds of thousands in my account. Please give it to the children in the orphanage.” Diana Nora, lying in bed, sighed softly and spoke slowly.
