Chapter 6 No more

           Sonia was dumbfounded not because she wasn't expecting Mr ken outburst, literally Sonia did hit him on the head but what never came across Sonia mind was Mr ken making a move on her in front of another client. And not any client but a VIP who she gave her first night to and Mr ken having no morals, could still have some little decency but nobody take had lady who work in this line of business serious.

Sonia was defenseless and her cheek was burning with pain. It was painful and the slapped didn't sit well with Sonia but what could she do and she didn't have a defender and helper to rely on, sonia power wasn't equal to Mr ken and  glancing  at the man in front of her. Sonia lost all hope and was embarrassed knowing he would or would not help her in this situation. Sonia stood up to face the problem in front of her but the sudden deep voice echoed in the room.

“Beg me to help you and sign the contract” the man said in had deep voice.

“Is this man serious, I am dying here and he is asking me to beg him, either way is better I swallow my pride than not seeing the next morning” Sonia thought carefully.

“Please help me!” Sonia said pleading for help, immediately picking the contract and signed it without second thought.

“He won't be able to save you, do you know who I am” Mr ken shouted angrily to Sonia pleading for help from the man. Mr ken got close to Sonia and then raised his hand for another slap. Sonia prepared herself and closed her eyes waiting for the slap that didn't land on her, she opened her eyes only to see the strong hand that shielded her and grabbing Mr ken hand holding it in placed and the voice echoed in the room once more.

“Now tell me who are you?” the man questioned in a calm voice not caring at the person at his front and removing the mask hiding his face. 

“Mr Antonio.”

Mr ken was stuttering while pronouncing his name and the confidence Mr ken had when he entered the room crumbled in pieces. Mr ken couldn't believe what he was seeing in front of him right now and he closed and opened his eyes while blinking them multiple times for confirmation. Before Mr ken entered the VIP room he carried out had  investigation on the man who was requesting for sexy red privately for entertainment, so that he won't scratch any important guest and top businessman. Mr ken found out the man requesting for sexy red was just had average businessman who didn't hold much power like him in the business world. 

So Mr ken confidence build up thinking that the guest would not be able to do anything to protect her and who want to get his hand dirty for a lady like this, so Mr ken taught he could get away after doing dirty with her and since the boss was on his side there was nothing to worry about. But now Mr ken was panicking and his heart was beating faster that it could over take a running car speed. It would be unbelievable to see Mr Antonio in a place like this and defending sexy red of all people who was the top girl at lunic club not to mention the fact that,  it seems like it not there first meeting and by observation they knew each other before today, but what was bothering Mr ken was how did they know each other when someone like him haven't even met Mr Antonio.

“Mr Antonio, am sorry if I offended you but this lady here is a despicable person so I will advise you not to associate with her” Mr ken said uttering each words carefully not to offend Mr Antonio and bowing his head a little as sign of respect for the top businessman.

“It seems like you know me and you know what am capable of and don't you ever give me advice, on who I should associate with that's my business and not yours” Antonio said caring less about the Mr ken feelings.

In the middle of the conversation, Sonia observed the way Mr ken humbled himself in front of Mr Antonio, immediately the mask fell off and what was interesting for staring was his face.

He's face was the reincarnation of a greek god if not so then those handsome men in magazines with attractive chiseled face and sharp jawline, not forgetting his piercing hazel brown eyes and the cold demeanor surrounding him. The man in front of her was perfect but the attitude not so much, normally Sonia was expecting a fight with his action a few minutes ago but this sudden change was better. 

Sonia was intrigued to know this man who could bring fear from Mr ken without even using violence and she was happy the target on her back was now lessened and Sonia could see this man called Antonio was capable to get her out of this place and she wondered what life she would have with Antonio after all this was settled.

“No, you got this all wrong and I will never advise you to not do something that's on your mind” Mr ken said feeling the deadly chill coming out from Mr Antonio.

“Oh is that so, then you won't mind me hitting you and besides you did hit the poor lady without my consent” Mr Antonio said with the creepy smile plastered on his face.

“Yes, you can hit me all you want, I won't be offended and anything for you Mr Antonio” Mr ken said fidgeting and his head down facing the ground.

“Raise your head!” Antonio commanded. 

Mr ken raised his head but he couldn't look at Antonio's straight in his eyes out of fear. And before he knew what was going on Mr ken was punched on his face and the blow was hard that it send him stumbling to the cold marble floor with blood dripping from his wounded lips. 

When Mr Antonio said he would hit him and it was for this lady he couldn't believe it, but he went along because everyone knew what Mr Antonio was like and his reputation was not to be messed with being the third generation heir to the Jackson family. Antonio was born to triumph over anybody that stand in his way and at a young age Antonio build his company, Ronic enterprise ruthlessly to the top of the list sitting at the number one spot on the business world before he took over the Jackson's group.  Making his power skyrocked  and for this only , offending this man was like going to war with the whole of the Jackson's family which Mr ken couldn't afford and while processing his conclusion he heard the cold voice echoing in the room.

“Sonia, come here!” Antonio said with authority and calm expression.

Sonia was still dumbfounded staring at the scene in her front and she knew from the way Mr ken respected Antonio, he could solved this issue without using violence so why did he punch Mr ken or was it his bruise ego. Sonia couldn't imagine the thought of Antonio defending her genuinely and she would have agreed so if not had hour ago she was pleading for his help and the only way was for her to sign the contract which she didn't even read, but Sonia came back to reality when she heard Antonio calling her name which surprise her because the only people that knew her name was the boss and staff's except the guests who only knew her as sexy red.

“How did you my name?” Sonia asked.

        “Did you forget I investigated you or do you have a short memory” Antonio answered.

“Would you like to slap him back since he clearly hit you in front of your man” Antonio said with the smile not breaking.

“My man”

“Yes, your man and you are my woman or did you forget you signed the contract” Antonio replied raising an eyebrow and staring at Sonia while observing her body language. 

“Nevermind, you already punched him and that's enough for me so let's just leave” Sonia said while glancing at Mr ken and she was happy that Mr ken who she was afraid off was finally dealt with and also the fact that she didn't want to stain her hand with this awful man blood and all she wanted was to leave this place and this life and brand it as past tense.

“So the tigress has a soft heart, but let me tell you baby girl”Antonio said as he strolled and stood in front of her taking a strand of her hair and sniffed it.

“That heart of yours won't get you anywhere but don't worry with me by your side for now, it will be my pleasure to teach you every means to take everything you want for yourself by being ruthless” Antonio said placing the hair back with a smile and strolled toward the door.

Sonia glanced at the back of Antonio and indeed this man was well build with manly figure and Sonia was sure he wasn't lacking in girls and money. He was always smiling but even a fool could tell those smile was neither genuine or fake, he was like had con artist making his moves step by step and what was he saying about her having a soft heart. All Sonia wanted was to just get out of this place and if she would be given another chance in a different life she would shoved Mr ken and make him know his place but, this thought was just at the back of Sonia mind and to top it she didn't even know Antonio that well and knowing the fact that he could one day leave her she couldn't afford a target on her back more than this and maybe one day Mr ken could sleep and forget about what happened to him today. Was what Sonia was hoping for and that kind of miracle was only seen in movies.

Sonia stared at Mr ken one last time and left the room immediately Antonio opened the door. Sonia strolled two meter at the back of Antonio's and not saying a word to kill the awkward silence and all Sonia could see was a calm man who was behaving like he owned the place. 

“Will you not thank me,  I just save your life back there” Antonio said killing the awkward silence.

“ Why would  I thank you and I know you only save me because I signed the contract,  so there is no need to thank you and besides you only protected what you needed” Sonia said biting the corner of her lip and staring at Antonio in case of any sign of anger but there was none.

Antonio stop walking and turned facing Sonia who was only reaching his shoulder. He stepped forward reaching close to her ear.

“Baby, do you think I need you  and if you had this fire inside you why didn't you use it when Mr ken slapped you” Antonio whispered flirtatiously.

“I, I” Sonia stuttered barely saying anything because he was right and that fact rendered her speechless.

“I thought so and that's why am here, your dark knight and shining armor” Antonio said as he chuckled.

Was he toying with me, Sonia was a little angry but everything Antonio said was true and Sonia knew she was defenseless and in need of help so she will take anything he offend just to leave this life.

“The boss office is this way” Sonia said walking pass Antonio without glancing at him and immediately they continued the part toward the office. 

Arriving at the office and before Sonia could knock, Antonio opened the door and entered the office without any warning.

“What is wrong with this person, he can't just enter someone personal space as he pleased” Sonia thought but didn't utter a word since he was helping her.

“Who the hell are you and how dare you walk into my office without  knocking!”Mr Lenny said in had angry voice and the vein displayed on his head could be seen.
