Chapter 4
THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW
The sky had dark clouds, thunderstorms, and lighting was shown above the sky. The pouring rain was so hard and loud. The cold excessive wind force accompanies each blow of its branch. The sky was dark, no stars can see in the sky, only the dark red full moon shines above the skies.
Blood was scattered around the ground, greed was everywhere, heartless wolves were circling, the blood was drifting through their hands.
The 10 person that was in the highest position on the underground society was there watching the young wolves training. The organization was built by the former Luna and Alpha's, so they can train young wolves and gave them a mission, then select from them the one who would be the next Alpha.
They were there because the superiors would discuss each mission that was given to them. The weather was not good, and the blood moon was shown above the sky. But the meeting was held under the tree, in the pouring rain.
A lot of werewolves were trying to hold their wolf form to come out. Because every blood moon, every young wolf that was around 2,000-4,000 years, was cannot be able to control their powers and strength. Once they are not able to control themselves, the former beta's would kill them in an instant.
"How can you do the mission perfectly? If you cant even control your self!?," a masculine voice loudly shouted.
His voice makes the younger wolves shivers, their body tendon tremble, their hands were shaken, their knees started to weaken. Some vomited some blood, some of them were killed instantly. Some of the young wolves' bodies were getting weak, some of them can endure it, and some of them just collapsed on the ground.
"Why do we need to suffer like this!? This shit is not call training!" one of the young wolves shouted.
He cant endure another more pain. Because the superior leaked some chemicals that could kill them in a second, and they also were shouting and aiming at them, using some gun to shoot at them. A lot of werewolves have died because they were not all immune to the metal. But some were immune so they were still alive.
"Kill him!" one of the superiors ordered.
One of the betas immediately slit his throat. His eyes suddenly closed as they turns black, meaning that he was dead. The blood that was from his throat was now going down to his chest down to his legs. He was now bathing in his own blood.
"If anyone of you wanted to get killed too!?" he shouted again.
No one dared to resist again. Young wolves were carrying some heavy stone, while they were not trying to smell the poisonous gas on the air, and also the bullets that were fast as the wind.
Their eyes were full of despair, begging for their lives, pleading to stop killing them one by one. Their screams for their lives can make your ears bleed. The smell of the blood that was scattered on the ground could make your stomach upside down.
A lot of bodies were being moved one by one as their weak body just fell to the ground because they can't resist the pain anymore.
"Do you think they can still handle it?" one of the superior as his co-superior.
"No! They can still handle it," he coldly answered.
"But looked at them," he said then pointed at the young werewolf. "Look! Look! They are pleading for their life. Blood was scattered around the ground. Bodies were falling one by one. They are getting weaker and weaker. Show some mercy!" he continued.
"No! We need an Alpha that was strong and can resist all the pain. How would they do their mission assigned to them if this simple training they can't even do it properly?" he asked him.
He looked at him directly in the eyes, without any emotion. Then looked at the helpless young werewolf that was seeking and pleading for mercy.
"NO! This has too stop!"
"NO! You shut up," he cut him off.
"And what would you gonna do? Kill me? Punish me? Remember I am also a superior like you. You cannot threaten me with your power and words, I have the same position as you. Dont use it against me because I could also use it to you, everything to would do could backfire at you," he warned him.
"Then do it! I am not scared," he calmly said.
They both looked at each with anger in their eyes. There were no such emotional shows. As the cold excessive wind force accompanies each blow of its branch. The drops of each rain were loud that could make you deaf in a second.
There were seconds of the silence of the moment.
"Stop this!" until a familiar voice shouted.
They immediately looked at the person who shouted. All the young werewolves, superior, and beta stopped what they were doing and looked at who shouted.
"Renzo," a masculine voice gently whispered his name.
They looked at him with a disbelief eye.
One of the superiors wanted to punish him for not obeying the order. But his co-superior stopped him. Because he had the blood of the former Alpha, he can't be touched. And he was the one who had the potential to be the next Alpha, he had the courage, strength, ability, and also he was immune to metal.
"STOP!"
In just one word all the superiors leave the area one by one accompany by the former beta's. The young wolves just lay on the ground helpless, while the pouring rain continuously flows through their body.
They lay their body on the mud, as the thunderstorm gets louder and louder. The pouring rain getting heavier and heavier. Only the sounds of the branch that was hitting the tree, and also the drops of the rain on the ground, was the only thing you could hear.
The place went silent as the rain continued.
The young wolves rest their weak body on the ground.
"Make sure to keep an eye on Renzo, that he was really capable to be the Alpha. And that his feelings won't be a barrier through his success," a voice of the man ordered his men's.
