Chapter Two

Olivia

As soon as the door to the house opens, I ask where the bathroom is. I will admire the house after I let out my feelings. Jason's asks me if I'm ok for the second time, and just like before, I tell him that I am, although I am anything but. Volatile, that's what I currently am.

Jason takes me up the stairs that are facing the door, on the landing the corridor goes left and right. We go left and it's only then that I realize that there's another set of stairs going up which we don't take. We passed the first door but get in the second one which I figure is a bedroom. Making me question whether there aren't any bathrooms downstairs, but I'll take what I'm given. He leads me to a set of doors and opens them and tells me to go through. Going through I pass through another set of those that leads me to the bathroom and I close the door.

As soon as the doors are closed I scream so loud I know that Jason heard me. I'm glad though but nobody comes knocking on the bathroom door as I continue screaming and calling my ex friend and ex-boyfriend with different names that would set a sailor on the road. After about a few minutes I wash my hands and wash my face not caring whether my makeup comes out or not. After all of that I take a view of my surroundings realizing just how rich Jason is.

The bathroom is beautiful, with white tiles, well it's white everywhere, the cupboards are low and the shower is huge which has multiple heads that looks like it could rival with a massage therapist. The toilet is freestanding so is the basin.

I turn around towards the door and open it and notice that I'm actually walking through a walk-in closet which has two sides, that are both very large. I open the door to the bedroom and find Jason sitting on the white sofa in front of the bed. As I step out, he looks up from his phone and stands up.

With a smirk on his beautiful face, he says to me, "Did it feel good?"

I blush and decide not to answer him because yes, it felt good, but I'm also embarrassed that he actually heard all that I was screaming. I decide to look around the room, which is very feminine with a light pink and orange wallpaper, a large bed which looks like it can fit five people. The sofa he is sitting on is actually cream white with no back but a high side.

"A few of my cleaners actually came here to check if I was not trying to kill you, you know?!" He says to me after figuring I'm not going to answer him, making me scowl and turn back to him.

I haven't moved from infront of him, and he decides to step closer to me a step.

"Oh please, I was not that loud." I reply.

"Oh but you were Ms Willow, if you don't believe me you will see for yourself once we get downstairs." He says and a small smile appears.

I shrug slightly and continue looking around because I don't know if I want to believe what he just said and I decide to wait until we go to see if he is telling the truth. I do decide though, to ask him if we're leaving yet and he tells me he needs to go to his office for a few minutes then we'd go.

As we step out of the bedroom I notice again the difference on the wall from the bedroom. The corridor has a light brown going to pink wall making me ask myself who designed the inside. He seems to read my mind and answers that for me.

"This floor is for women only, the above one is for men."

"I'm guessing your bedroom is on that one then?" I ask without thinking, and my question stops him on his step. My eyes go wide and I turn towards him, "please pretend you didn't hear me ask you that." I plead with him, my words coming out fast.

He smiles at me and says, "No Olivia, my bedroom is on the third floor. Would you like to see it?" I'm about to answer him when he says again, "be warned before you answer though, no woman goes into my bedroom and gets out without getting on my bed." And then he smirks and continues walking towards the stairs"This floor is for women only, the above one is for men."

I'm still standing in the same position as I was when we were speaking, so when I see him walking towards the stairs I think that maybe he's going upstairs towards his room but then he divert and goes down the stairs and I take a deep breath and start to follow him down the stairs. It's amazing really the construction of his house, where some houses the stairs are spiral these are actually just going straight up or down without actually any spirals. And they actually seem to be in the middle of the house.

When we get to the setting area he tells me to sit down in the there will be a server to come and get me something to cool down. After saying that he goes on up again and to what I assume he's office. Then a few minutes later a woman steps out of the kitchen and head straight to me and asks me if I'm okay I'm puzzled by her question and then I remember that Jason said that some of his workers actually heard me scream. After I assure her that I'm okay she asks me if she can get me something to either drink or eat and I tell her that water or choose for be just fine.

The woman who introduced herself as Emily comes back with orange juice and a platter of finger foods after just a few seconds of getting into the kitchen. I thank her and she goes on her way back towards the kitchen.

After finishing the juice and the finger foods I take the plate back to the kitchen then come right back to the sitting room and as I take my seat I hear the sound of rain outside, making me walk towards the big window to look outside. It looks like it's raining heavily and reminds me that I was going to ask Jason for the rest of the day off when we get back to the office.

I'm still standing by the window when I hear footsteps from behind me, I turn around and see Jason talking on his phone walking towards me. When he sees that he has my attention, he tells whoever he's talking to that he'll get back to them, then pockets his phone.

"I'm sorry if you have someone to get back to or maybe plans for the rest of the day, we can't go back to the city as it's raining." He says as he stops in front of me.

"What do you mean we can't go back to the city?" I ask him.

"The roads are not very good when it's raining in this past of the area. Call somebody back home and tell them that you will come back tomorrow, and that's if the roads are ok. We will spend the night here." He says as his phone starts to ring again and turns to take the call.
