When we reached the bathroom, I ducked inside and closed myself inside one of the cubicles. Now what?

I waited there, going ahead and using the toilet since I was already inside a stall. The water had barely gone down after flushing when someone knocked on the cubicle. I frowned.

“Occupied,” I said....
