Interesting story! I wonder if their connection has something to do with the supernatural. If not, I’m not entirely convinced their relationship makes sense, as things went from zero to 100 in a matter of moments.

Just a warning for new readers, this is more of a political drama than anything. Lots of meetings and investigations. I love it, but I know that's not everyone's jam.

This is a great read with a good plot. The chapters are shorter than expected but played out perfectly. Sensual and sinister with a calmness to it. Leaves you breathless and content at the same time.

its a good story and the writer has talent, but its sad this is what the publishing world has become. a good editor would have tightened tbe writing and made it half as long and twice as addictive. instead writers have to use apps that encourage them to keep stories hanging for longer just so we watch more ads.
