Alora-AS I’m only a few chapters in but this has all the feels! I loathe Alora’s sister Sarah and her “parents”. I am happy to finally read something that has the Alpha not being a huge jerk, knowing that she is different. there are too many stories that have the Alpha being a big A** and banishing them for their differences, so I’m happy to read that this one is different. I love that Alora has such passion and drive to make it out of there.

Everytime I see the cover it is a pet peeve. When they use her dark features as a piece of the plot but the model is the opposite of her. Also her personality seems a bit inconsistent

I enjoy this book a lot. I'm reading the remastered version, but I'm also rereading the original haha. However, I feel like the ending fell short. All these strong characters came together, but they weren't utilized. I also felt the final battle wasn't as climactic as it could've been. I was expecting an all out battle between the characters and the black coven. It would've made sense for the whole "chess pieces" metaphor and rounded out the story better. I hope that happens in the remastered version since the ending felt a little rushed and out of no where. I still like this book though. Damien's the sweetest, and I love that he calls her Starlight. 💜💜💜 Also, the perspectives of the other characters in the remastered version are great, as is the relationship building between characters. Plus, the tension and added focus of the Black Magic Coven is excellent. it really adds depth to the book. I'm excited for how the remastered version will develop!

Alora-AS. I started reading this book and i was really intrigued by it. The way a woman who was hated by her own family is rather mind boggling. But i was also happy when the Alpha of the pack and his family took this lady in , cared for her and made her one of their own. And i was also happy when the future Alpha turned out to be her mate. And she posseses one of the extreme powers given that she is a descendant of the first werewolf.

It is not an indicator of virginity or sexual activity. it’s a remnant of tissue, in the shape of a ring just inside the opening of the vagina left over during embryonic development. Assuming that a woman’s sexual behavior can be inferred from her appearance is demeaning, and suggesting the use of a hymenal exam can test for virginity invites incorrect and unfair judgments about women.

That necklace was special to her but that sister of hers took it. I am glad the alpha got it back in one piece for her. ALOR-AS: You got to be focus on this books because it has so many elements that create an amazing universe with werewolf, vampires & witches. Alora’s life is one with pain and abuse but she overcame all not with her strength only. She has the support of her Alpha’s family and her best friends. I just love how everything start looking up to her, for being alone to had the biggest and loving family.

if alora would have accepted the beta as her mate and vise versa .. then damien wouldn’t have been alora mate. why would the mother of Damien Suggest that alora is Damien mate. when in reality she was mated to someone eles in the beginning. so I assume Damien had someone eles as his mate.

While her family believed she was weak and inferior because her looks were different from the rest of her clan, her looks were actually the strength of her. She was lucky that the Alpha believed in her, her intelligence and training. She was the greatness of her family not the weakness. It’s too bad they didn’t realize that her being different didn’t mean she was weak. Alora was the warrior wolf and I thoroughly enjoyed reading about her.
